Cancellation Policy.
Notice Period: Advance Notice: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule any appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer the slot to other clients.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me via phone/email/text or use the booking system on the website.
Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat, cold, or storms), I may need to cancel scheduled walks for the safety of your pet. I will notify you as soon as possible in these cases and will work with you to reschedule the walk or swap the appointment to a drop-in service.
